Returns Policy & Special Orders
You have a cooling off period of 14 days after the date on which you have received the Goods to cancel the Contract, and return the Goods at your cost and receive a full refund of the purchase price only.
During the cooling off period any cancellation must be given in writing prior to returning any goods.
Goods, presentation boxes and gift packaging must be returned complete, unused and undamaged including any accessories and all paperwork. The original packaging must also be returned in reasonable condition.
All returned goods must be fully insured to the sale value of said goods at your expense and must arrive in our returns department within 14 days of the return agreement notification.
Please note any goods returned must be as supplied i.e. in re saleable condition, any goods returned otherwise will incur a re stocking / refinishing charge of 25% of the total sale price.
The right to cancel this contract will not apply in respect of Personalised Goods, Goods made to your specification or items produced in Platinum i.e. "Special Orders" and for hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange the purchase of earrings unless faulty.
Before you can return an item you need to get confirmation of the agreement to return the item/s which you can receive by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
If a request to return goods is made outside of the cooling off period -see above- then we reserve the right to refuse any such return and if agreement is given to return any such goods a 30% restocking charge will be applied.
